Tax Avoiders

HM government is very upset about tax avoidance, and especially annoyed about the legions of tax lawyers and accountants who make it possible to find ways through the 10,000 pages of dense type that is the British Tax Code. What HM Government forgets, of course, is that tax avoidance is perfectly legal. If they don't like it, why not change the laws? In fact, they do this every year, but somehow or other it only seems to make matters worse.
